Located in La Flotte en Ré, this house is located in a residence with heated swimming pool (from mid-April to mid-September) and a playground for children. Close to bike paths, sailing school and village center.
3 bedroom house of 40m2 with a private terrace: a ground floor which includes a beautiful living room with sofa, TV, kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, express machine ...), separate toilet. On the floor a bathroom and 2 rooms of which one with a double bed and one for children.
On arrival you will find a welcome tray.
Parking is available right outside the residence.
WE rate from 90 euros per night (2 nights minimum) except for the months of July and August.

Summary: Lovely little holiday apartment in a great location. This is quite a small, compact apartment, but it was absolutely fine for my partner and I and our two children (ages 10 and 7). It was beautifully kept, and very clean and tidy - the photos don't do it justice! The shared pool is great and is just a very short walk away. The apartment is in a great location in La Flotte which is a beautiful village with lots of restaurants and shops - lovely to wander to in the evening for dinner or first thing in the morning to visit the market and get supplies for a day out on the bikes! Annabel's parents met us and they were lovely - we can only apologise for our poor French! Overall we had a fabulous holiday on the Ile de Re cycling between beautiful French villages and beaches and back to a great apartment. Only suggestions for the apartment are to provide towels as it's quite a lot to bring both bathroom towels and beach/pool towels. We also couldn't connect to the wifi as the code was so long and complicated. A bit of information about good places to eat etc would also be beneficial. We were also asked whether we wanted to pay 40 Euros for Annabel's parents to clean the apartment. We declined as I felt that this cost should have been included in the price we paid via Vrbo.
