2 Bedroom House with Parking, Balcony and Wellness Facilities

Very spacious single storey 2 bedroom 1 bathroom property with 1 off street car park. The house is located in a beautiful tree lined street in a great location, between Hutt Street and East Terrace.
Spacious property suitable for up to 6 guests; great for families, groups of friends or corporate travelers not wanting to stay in an apartment.
Guests have sole occupancy of the property for the duration of their stay.
I am happy to meet guests upon arrival if they require, but following check-in guests will only see me if they require assistance.
Located in the Hutt Street precinct, on the Eastern side of the City, the property is within walking distance to Wakefield Hospital, St Andrews Hospital, Adelaide Central Market, Rymill Park and Rundle Street.
Slightly further but still accessible on foot are Botanic Gardens, Rundle Mall, Rundle Street, and the attractions of North Terrace (Art Gallery of SA, Museum, State Library, the University of South Australia and University of Adelaide).
100 meters to Hutt Street for public transport, including the free City loop bus.
The property is spacious and has an open plan lounge/dining room with the kitchen and bedrooms located towards the back of the property.
The car park fits a small vehicle in order to close the roller door; however, if your car is larger you can use it as a carport by switching the power off on the roller door when it is in the upright position.

Summary: Amazing property in a great location 100m from the parklands. Really spacious lounge & dining with interesting art pieces. Great to have a lock up garage which just fitted my Subaru XV on an angle. Shower head could be updated. Beds are just ok and would recommend bringing your own pillow. However - it was a great place to stay overall. We would stay here again.
