The open-plan kitchen, living and dining room contains sofa for one person.. In the kitchen there is a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stovetop on gas with 4 burners. The two bedrooms are both equipped with double beds. Bed linen are included, fresh arrive once a week. The bathroom equipment includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available.In the garden, there is a barbecue and an outside shower, for which the water warms up by the warmth of the sun. The balcony is furnished, while sunbeds are also available. Guests may have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot.The electricity and the water should be spent here sparingly. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water.The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing. Electricity is generated by solar power, 12 V, so no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights.We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only.
