Positive: A vaccation without the need to use the car to reach the beach - very conveniently located just a few steps from the shore. Nice outside terrace with a bamboo roof protecting one against the sun and the possibility for BBQ. Very quiet and surprisingly comfortable during the night most of the days (mid-July) - we had expected it to be much hotter in the night, having stayed in another unit of that builing a few years ago. However, as the unit is located on the lower two floors it does not heat up as much as the ones higher up. The owner was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed something - thanks a lot!
Negative: The furniture is a bit basic and there is not much storage space (no shelves or similar) in the living room/kitchen area, which made it a bit tricky to store all our stuff ;-) Not a big issue though. We would come back anytime.
