The large, well-kept garden with tall trees and flowering plants is home to the pool, which is 12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.2-1.8m, with garden furniture and outdoor shower. In front of the pool there is a characteristic outbuilding with a large, well-equipped kitchen, one bathroom with shower, a large covered pergola with table and benches, a wood-burning oven for pizza and barbecues, perfect for preparing meals and eating together outdoors. There is also an area with children's games and a volleyball field, as well as a covered loggia with ping-pong table and table football and a furnished gazebo with table and chairs close to the parking space, which is inside the property.

The farmhouse has been carefully restored with natural stone, wood ceiling beams and typical Tuscan furniture.
