Beautifully updated and a short walk to the beach, this is the perfect home away from home for your next beach getaway! This 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath townhome located in Stones Throw from the Ocean off of Folly Beach Rd. has everything you could want.

As you enter you will be greeted by the fully stocked, updated kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Both a Kuerig and standard coffee pot are offered for your convenience. Past the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6+ and family room which offers plenty of comfortable seating for the whole group to unwind after a long day at the beach. The first floor also includes a half bath and 2 outdoor areas with a courtyard in front and patio out back with a propane grill.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The owners suite features a queen bed, flat screen TV, and private bath with a stand up shower. Down the hall is an additional full bath and guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and full size washer and dryer.

Stone's Throw from the Ocean is located mid Island and a short 5-7 minute walk from the Folly Field Beach entrance. Parking is assigned and includes 1 parking space with additional guest parking throughout the complex. The community pool is less than a 2 minute walk from the unit.
