Summary: Very inconveniant to get there due to limited staffing hours. Arrived by plane at LYS airport - had to take a cab to make it before 9PM (when staff desk is unmanned). Cost me 120 euros! :( Extremely limited room space for myself and my family. Bathroom was barely big enough to fit an adult. The front desk worker was helpful giving us directions to get back to Lyon via public transit.
