Positive: Checkin and check out was very easy. It had all the amenities to make a comfortable stay. The apartment was very clean and everything is in good working order. It is conveniently located within an easy walk five minute walk to Hakata Station. Many tours meet around the outside of the station. The supermarket, Lopia is right by Hakata station on the fourth floor of Yodobashi Camera (cash only).

Negative: Some hooks in the bathroom are needed to hang clothes and towels on. More coat hangers in the wardrobe would also be appreciated. A curtain over back door to block out light and ensure privacy is also needed.

Summary: Comfortable with good amenities.
