Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Good location as we were driving but you do need to be heading east to access the car park. Not sure you would use this hotel if you weren't in a vehicle. Room was very clean and functional. The free meal and drinks was a nice bonus. We thought the pods were fun. Staff were very helpful and we thought it was great value for money.
Negative: You need to loop around to get access to the car park which is off the dual carriageway. We were heading to Hiroshima from Kyoto so heading west and access is easiest when you're travelling east. Different loop in the morning to get back on track. Our room was attached to the reception and closest to the road which I think is used as a bit of a racetrack at night so our room was a bit noisy. We still enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
