Positive: Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the staff’s willingness to accommodate our requests. A special thank you goes to Kristína at the reception and the lovely ladies at the spa – Bojana and rest of the team. The rooms are modern, clean, and always well-maintained. Small but thoughtful details such as a clothes drying rack, plenty of hangers, and sufficient storage space made our stay more comfortable. There were a few minor issues during our stay, but each was resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. The pool area with loungers on the upper deck was excellent – no matter what time you went, there were always loungers available. The fitness center was small but adequately equipped.

Negative: However, there were also some disappointments. The terrace service was very slow, and the staff seemed inattentive. Over six days, not once did anyone stop by to ask if we would like another drink. This was quite surprising for a 4-star property. We had breakfast once and dinner twice in the restaurant. The breakfast selection was limited but sufficient. However, the juices were artificial concentrates, which felt out of place – fresh orange juice would be more appropriate for a hotel of this category. Additionally, no staff came to ask if we wanted tea, coffee, or juice – guests had to help themselves. Dinner was served buffet-style, and while the food was not bad, it did not justify the €35 per person price tag. When I ordered à la carte dinner to the room, I was surprised by a 25% surcharge on the pasta simply for room delivery — which was just one floor up by elevator. Honestly, this left a bad impression and came across as an unnecessary attempt to charge extra at every opportunity. Food and beverages were generally overpriced. For example, I ordered a Matcha Iced Latte for €7.50, and it was truly unpleasant.
