Positive: The staff were really friendly and fast to respond to messages although no-one is onsite. The property looks newly reformed and is a great location in the town with amazing views.
Negative: Although the property is newly reformed there are few details missing. The water wouldn't heat more than tepid and it was too cold to have a shower. There was also no heating in the bathroom and although it was 8 degrees outside the heating was off which meant the room and especially the bathroom was really cold. There are also no cups or glasses or drink making facilities in the room. For a hot drink like tea or coffee you have to pay at the honesty bar in reception. For me the place was missing basic hotel room facilities especially for the cost. I wouldn't recommend this place for all of the above points.
Summary: Great location, looks good but no hot water, not enough heating and no room facilities for drinks.
