Summary: Eden Roc is a lovely hotel in a great location. Front Desk staff could be better, sometimes grumpy and not that well trained. Check in and check out is not close to slick but the rooms ( many recently refurbished) are good, the pool is great but very cold! Breakfast is good but if you sit outside you have to contend with the pigeons ( they need to invest in an angry looking stone hawk or owl to deter them (?) but overall our fourth stay and happy to return next year.
