Summary: Difficulty finding the parking and it is a small lot—I got the last available stall all the way in the corner. Check in was smooth with good service. I also didn’t understand how to use the air conditioner so we suffered through the first night thinking it was broken. The next day I propped the door open and a housekeeper stopped by so I asked her about the AC and she showed me that the button needs to be pressed and will illuminate green when it’s on. That was helpful but it would be helpful if they keep those instructions in the room because it turns itself off every time you pull the key card out when you leave the room and you have to remember to press the button again to turn on the AC. It was 90 degrees in Okinawa so it was painfully hot when we were there. Otherwise, this hotel is in the middle of Kokusai-Dori’s action with lots of food and nightlife. It’s a beautiful hotel and the service is good.
