Summary: The toilet paper was woefully subpar. I know it's a hotel and I'm not asking for a roll of Charmin in every bathroom, but I've been to gas stations with better toilet paper than what was provided. The room was also stuffy and since the AC was locked I couldn't cool it down to the temperature I needed to be comfortable which I find surprising in a location such as Miami. Additionally, the upholstery of the couches in the Lobby (25th floor) were extremely scuffed and stained which made them seem shabby given the overall hotel persona.
