Our thoughtfully designed 3-bed, 2.5-bath ranch-style home offers a comfortable and spacious layout ideal for families, groups & remote workers. Nestled in a quiet lakeside community surrounded by Lake Norman, the large, fully fenced yard creates the ideal atmosphere to relax & unwind.
Bedroom 1: King Bed, private bathroom, work station with dual monitors & printer, flat-screen Smart TV & large walk-in closet
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with large closet & Smart TV
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed w/Queen bed on the bottom & Twin bed on top, Smart TV, large closet, board games & room to play.
OUTDOOR SPACE: Hot tub, firepit, ample seating, paddle boards & kayaks, life jackets, frisbee golf, corn hole, bocci ball, soccer nets, propane grill & a large, private, fenced in yard.
KITCHEN - FULLY equipped = cooking & bakeware, spices, olive oil, drip coffee maker, single & double shot espresso machine (coffee, espresso, creamer, sugar & sweetener provided), toaster, blender, double-oven with built-in microwave, mini fridge, full size top-of-the-line fridge with water & ice dispenser, dishwasher and full-size washer & dryer (detergent & dryer sheets provided)
INDOOR LIVING: Pool table, board games, flat-screen Smart TVs, books, open concept, spacious design with modern decor.
BABY & KID GEAR: High chair, Pack 'n Play, outdoor games, sports gear, life jackets—all stored in the walk-in closet in the primary bedroom. We also provide children's' plates, bowls, cups & utensils.

* The lake is located around the corner from the house. A short 2 min drive/7 min walk. Turn left out of the driveway, left on Riviera & left onto Lakeland Rd. Private neighborhood dock and boat ramp can be accessed at 195 Lakeland Rd. You may park your vehicle on the grassy area on that lot.
PARKING: The driveway comfortably accommodates 6 cars with ample space to park your watercraft (boats, jet skis, trailers, etc.) to the right of the driveway.
