The Space:

With a high ceiling creating a relaxing and airy feel, the bedroom is a tranquil haven. The comfy, double bed and ample storage space mean that the space is comfortable and ideal for a self-catering stay.

The bathroom is modern and stylish. It features a bathtub with overhead shower and a bright, contemporary feel.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.

Please note the second bed in this property is a sofa bed located in the living room of the property.

The Neighborhood:
Margate is an exciting seaside resort on England’s South East coast. Situated on the Isle of Thanet overlooking the North Sea, Margate boasts beautiful sandy beaches and a long pier for leisurely walks and fishing. Margate rail station is a short walk from Westbrook Road with regular routes to London, Canterbury and Ashford.

The nearby towns of Dover and Whitstable can be reached via car under 50 minutes so Kent can be explored easily. The popular city of Canterbury can be reached in 45 minutes and the beautiful town of Broadstairs is a short 10-minute drive away too!

If you’re looking to explore via bus during your stay, Margate is serviced by ‘The Loop’. This runs every day and connects Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate.
