The Space:
The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is perfect for hosting all guests staying at Sea View. The living space has two comfy leather sofas and a flat-screen TV, while the dining area is furnished with a dining table and ample seating for all guests. Fully-equipped, the kitchen has everything you need to make the most of your self-catering break.
Sea View’s first bedroom is generously-sized and furnished with a sumptuous double bed. It has plenty of storage space for keeping your things neatly tucked away during your stay. You’ll also have access to a convenient ensuite shower room.
The second bedroom is equipped with twin beds that can be joined together to form a king-size bed upon request so the room is ideal for both children and teenagers or couples.
The main bathroom is a well-thought-out, modern space that is equipped with all that you could need, including a bathtub and an overhead shower, as well as a wash basin and WC.
Sea View is part of the Montague Apartment building which is also home to Bay View and Lighthouse View. In total, the apartments sleep 12 guests in total. Please contact our friendly team to enquire about availability.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Whilst you’re visiting Whitley Bay, we’d recommend visiting the two miles of golden sands and taking a look at the incredible views of the coastline from the Victorian lighthouse on St Mary’s Island. If you’re looking for somewhere to eat, head to Spanish City where you’ll find a Renaissance-style hall transformed with a fish and chip restaurant, a traditional tearoom, a waffle and pancake house and a champagne bar inside.
Getting Around:
Whitley Bay is just 10 miles from Newcastle and there are two Arriva bus routes which travel to the city centre. The 306 bus route has stops in Tynemouth, North Shields and Jesmond. The 51/51A has stops in Jesmond and Northumbria University.
There is a metro station located in Whitley Bay with regular routes to South Shields and Newcastle City Centre. The closest mainline train station is Newcastle Central Station which is 25 minutes away. From here, you’ll find regular services to and from London, Edinburgh and York.
