Positive: Planty of bed rooms and big house. One onsuit/walk in robe & bathroom. Another common bath & toilet.
Negative: All the fittings of the house are pritty basic or I can say bare minimum. Even no toilet paper holders in the toilet. Gave only 4 toilet rolls for 5 nights & 7 persons. Buy your own toilet rolls. May need to clean previous tenants dust. The ducted system, doesn't work properly. First 2-3 nights was warmer sleep. Only loung has a Split system A/C. May need a fan, if its warmer days.
Summary: Big enough for 3-4 families to sleep.
