Summary: No suitcase holder in room, AC was too loud, pool towels were too small, eggs were terrible, light in room flickered, outside doors don’t work with key card, pool door not unlocked at opening time twice, phone in room didn’t work to call front desk, ironing board was so old, dirty and unsafe. Staff was great.
