The adjoining terrace with gas barbecue and radiant heater as well as two balconies (facing south and east) on the upper floors allow you to enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The infrared cabin in the basement invites you to relax. The house also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, baby crib and high chair.
You can park your car in the garage or on the outdoor parking space in front of the garage. A storage room is available for bicycles and skis.
The location in the district of Garmisch is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities at any time of the year: long walks and hikes and mountainbike tours in the summer season and unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter.
