Medieval cottage (approx. 800 D.C.) with approx. 1000 m2 of garden and wonderful view on La Spezia Sea Gulf. The house is in the historic center of Portovenere, just below the church of San Lorenzo (bells ringing regularly still today) and at the foot of the Castle and has a surface of about 110 m2. It was renovated 2008. La BouganVilla offers since 2018 two large double bedrooms upstairs with TV and air conditioning as well as a bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor.The property includes a magnificent garden with fruit trees, three panoramic terraces, one of which is equipped with a wood-fired barbecue. A tennis table is also available.An outdoor cottage with an additional washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer completes the offer.La Spezia, with its 93,000 inhabitants, is less than 10 km away.
