The Spanish style, newly built holiday home is located only 20 meters from the log, wide, sandy beach in La Riviera on the Costa Dorada. It is quietly located on a cul de sac with no through traffic.
Outside, you can enjoy the 40 m² community pool and relax on the sun loungers. The barbecue area offers a meeting place. Each balcony offers a spot for sun bathing. It is just a stone's throw from the ocean. The beach access is three meters from the property line. Parking for two cars is available.
The 120 m² house offers room for up to six people. Each bedroom is furnished with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed with quality mattresses. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony from where you can enjoy views of the ocean, only a stone's throw away. The living/dining room is furnished with antique furniture, including two sofas, satellite television, a fireplace, a CD player and a radio, a safe and a dining table and six chairs. A highchair is available upon request free of charge. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen is equipped with a ceran stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave. A washing machine is at your disposal. The two bathrooms boast a shower, a hairdryer, a double sink and a toilet each. All bedrooms and the living/dining room have been equipped with fans for your comfort. Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The quiet holiday resort offers beautiful beaches and is in a great location to enjoy excursions in the vicinity. It is a great region for bicycling. Two golf courses and tennis courts are nearby. Enjoy Spanish cuisine in the La Riviera restaurant in the neighbourhood. The adjacent supermarket is open during the summer months.
