Two bedrooms: One with two bunk beds (2x73cm x 190cm) and a smaller one for children (2x72cm x 163cm). One bedroom with a bunkbed where the lower one is 140cm and the upper one 70cm (both 190cm long), baby cot. Also a sleeping sofa in the living room (150cm). Living room with kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, TV/DVD, Radio. WC/shower. 55sqm big terrace, hot tub, garden furniture, gas grill, parking place.
Good location for day tours in North Iceland and to the northeastern Highlands (e.g. to volcano Askja).
The kitchen was renovated in 2016.
In Húsavík it is possible to enjoy whale watching. House is located only 50km from Mývatn and 75km from Ásbyrgi. About 100km to Dettifoss the most powerfull waterfall in Europe. Aproximatelly 300 - 400m to the salmon river Laxá í Aðaldal. New terrace, built in 2014
The house is in the valley Aðaldalur . Small playground close by with miniature golf, swings and a sandbox.
