The living room with fireplace, a corner sofa, two armchairs, TV and dining area are comfortably furnished and offers space on rainy days. From here you can reach the terraces. One bedroom with a double bed, one with bunk bed and Baby cot , sleeps 5. The kitchen has an electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, as well as cutlery, toaster, microwave, water cooker and coffee maker. The bathroom is tiled with shower, toilet, towel dryer and sink.

The house is located on a 1200sqm plot and is completely fenced. Two terraces, one of which is covered, invite you to have breakfast, barbecue or sunbathe. There are a garden house and storage facilities for bicycles, etc. on the property. A collective parking is available in ca.20m, below the house.

In ca.12 km distance, lies Bad Lauterberg. THE! shopping city in the Harz! Again, there are numerous opportunities for recreational activities. (Kirchbergtherme, Vitamar swimming pool, Shopping...)
