This completely newly built wooden house houses two holiday residences. You will stay in the right half of the house. The house is optimally insulated, breathable, and 100% natural, and is equipped with underfloor heating. The holiday home is luxuriously furnished with many extras and offers ample space for eight people. The ground floor features the living room with a cozy seating area and a wood-burning stove (soapstone). The luxurious open-plan kitchen features a large dining table with comfortable chairs, guaranteeing a cozy meal! The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, with the nostalgic stove taking center stage. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom, a utility room with a washer and dryer, a guest toilet, a heated ski storage room, a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, a large walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet, and a sauna. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower, sink, and a toilet. The bedrooms feature luxurious box-spring beds and a spacious closet. A very nice detail on the upper floor is the gallery with plenty of glass, so you also have a beautiful view from there. From the entire house, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area. In front of the house, there is a terrace with garden furniture facing south. This terrace can be reached from the living room/kitchen. At the rear of the house, there is another terrace, the large garden with a children's play/climbing house, and a carport. The rear of the spacious property borders an idyllic stream with a terrace where you can also sit. The holiday home is located at the foot of the new 8-seater K1 chairlift. The ski slopes are right on your doorstep and are ideal for beginners and children. Willingen has a total of 25 ski lifts (7 of which are illuminated), all of which are interconnected. Several restaurants, as well as the ski rental shop and ski school, are within walking distance. The center of Willingen and two supermarkets are a 10-minute walk away.
