The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-storey villa, surrounded by a large and well-kept garden.
The apartment consists of a large living room with a relaxation and dining area, a kitchenette with everything needed for cooking, two bedrooms, one with a terrace overlooking the surrounding hills, a bathroom.
The apartment is very bright thanks to the large windows. It measures approximately 100 square meters and opens onto a large veranda, which is equipped for outdoor dining and is connected directly to the living room, effectively creating an extension of the living room.
