Beautiful 2.5-room flat (56m²) on the second floor with large windows, lots of charm and cosy furnishings (floor newly built in 2011). Very quiet location with wonderful views over the rooftops of Pontresina towards Piz Rosatsch, Rosegtal, Morteratsch and Corviglia.
The flat is close to the Sta. Maria church with its famous frescoes, the Spaniola tower from the Middle Ages and the path to Alp Languard.
The village centre with Engadin Bus, post office, various shopping facilities, hiking trails and the local lift is just a 6-minute walk away (approx. 300 m).
The flat is south-facing.

The tickets are provided by the landlord for the entire duration of the stay and are included in the rent.

Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
