Fully remodeled in Fall 2017, this 3 bedroom/2 bath home is a great retreat. Conveniently located off Wedington Drive just west of I 49 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, this home is close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. It’s a short 3-mile drive to the University of Arkansas campus. Enjoy Cable + Wifi + fully stocked bathrooms/kitchen. Large yard. Great for big groups: sleeps 8 comfortably (1 King, 1 Queen, 4 twins). Walk or bike along the Hamestring Creek trail behind the home.
This property became available and we loved the location close to i 49, U of A, and that it backs up to the Hamestring Trail greenway. With our building and decorating knowledge, we quickly transformed the home into a great property for others to enjoy.
Completely updated and decorated solely for short-term rentals, this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home that sleeps up to 8 people will offer a great retreat from whatever brings you to Fayetteville.

Summary: I chose this property because of its perfect location near my college students apartment and campus and for the price. This property was affordable, and adequate, served its purpose. There was a lack of communication up until 2 hrs prior to check in. We had 6 adults traveling from 3 different cities 13-16hrs away and booked 90 days in advance. I messaged and called probably 10x over a 3 week period, no reply. I actually feared showing up and not having a place, but vrbo reassured me that wouldn't happen, so I took their word. The property needs a pressure wash and major overhaul with the overgrown trees, grass, etc. Upon arrival there was a maintenance guy working on AC. . Couldn't get it to work, said he'd reach out to the owner. It was cool enough outside until 6th day. We were offered fans, but didn't need them. You get what you pay for here. Beds were comfy, location and price good, that's all I can say.
