Summary: From the moment I checked in, I felt like it was a busy weekend and they couldn’t be bothered. I got zero information about the hotel. I didn’t even know there was a pool until the second day. She just gave me keys and that was it. I didn’t know what time the food was available till or even if there was a restaurant wasn’t completely obvious when I walked in. I didn’t know anything. One evening. I was trying to buy something at the bistro and I waited and waited and waited for somebody to come back to you that the front desk but nobody came so I finally just went upstairs with it and phone down half an hour later to let them know that I’ve taken a couple of items to my room. The bistro shop was completely cleaned out the first night and not restocked folks in the restaurant and the bar were very pleasant and helpful. The sheets on the bed felt like they had been washed too many times or they were very pilly to lie on not comfortable. All in all it was a very mediocre stay.
