You are looking at a 3-bedroom house with a breathtaking ocean view! Rincón is well known for its surf, beaches, and peacefulness. You can go further and stay at this house in the mountains, but only 5 minutes away from Rincon's downtown plaza, which is priceless!
The unit is for six guests, and having more guests is prohibited. Additional guests that stay against the rules pay $50 per night.

DINING ROOM - Large wooden dining table, space for 4.
BATHROOM - Equipped with a water heater, towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
COMMON AREA – Equipped with a comfy sofa, a ceiling fan, and a TV with ROKU! Also A/C!
KITCHEN - The spacious kitchen is equipped with:
· General Electric refrigerator
· microwave
· toaster
· five-burner gas stove with oven
· coffee maker, coffee mugs, and local coffee!
· plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils/eating utensils
· wine glasses, champagne glasses, and others
The only area where guests won't have access is a downstairs storage room. Everything else is for the guests to use! The available areas are all of the ones shown in the pictures.
We won't be at the property at all but we can be there if needed.
A calm neighborhood where you can immerse yourself in nature. The house has a priceless ocean view of the Rincon mountains. At the same time, the house is only 5 minutes away from the Rincon Downtown area and nearby beaches.
We strongly recommend that you use only one road to arrive and leave the house since you'll be connected directly with the Rincon downtown and the other roads are not in great shape.
Please note that this house is in the Rincón Mountains, so it's a natural setting, not urban. Although the exterminator visits the house regularly, you will encounter diverse (harmless) bugs outside the house. Some might get in when you open and close doors. This includes all sorts of harmless bugs and insects.
Also, note that the drive to the house is narrow for a short period of time. Nothing to be alarmed about, but not as expected. There’s an alternate route we can explain to you. Make sure to ask us ahead of time.
