There is not a full kitchen: there is a microwave, mini fridge / freezer, Keurig, paper plates / bowls, plastic silverware, and small dining area.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect the home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
