2 Bedroom Condo with Security, Sports and Internet
Located just a short walk to Anna Maria Island in Cortez, Florida. Includes use of a 40' dock with no bridges, 5 minutes by boat to the Gulf! Short walk to restaurants, boat tours and fishing, less than a mile to the beach! Our home is very quiet with view of our canal. Enjoy watching manatees for the lanai. Two pools, hot tub, tennis courts available in the community. Covered parking for two cars. Condo has vaulted ceilings in living area and both bedrooms. Two screen lanai areas. Florida living at it's best! We have used this as our vacation home, purchased the next door unit for our use.
