Positive: Their shortcoming were replaced by their generosity of providing unlimited mineral waters, various type of tea, free popcorns and snacks everyday throughout the day and their free laundry service is a gem. The amenities in the room were very good. Last they allowed guests to use their tables in the cafe for food bringing back from outside too, Not a bit calculative.

Negative: The bathroom drainage was bad, room is damp with damp smell, toilet bowl has a notice not to throw toilet paper into the toilet which I don't know how to go for a big one. The location is far and not near to the bell tower neither near to any other tourist attractions, not walking distance.
