Positive: Homey feel. Good wifi, great hosts, spacious, good storage, location/location. Sunsets. Good for short stays, convenient to restaraunts and convenience store. Very clean
Negative: No AC or heat. Bed and couches were not very comfortable. Very dark. No elevator so tough to move luggage.
