This home is a "no party" home. If you are looking for a home to have a party at or large gatherings, please find another home that will fit your needs.
Located just minutes to downtown! The Riverwalk, Alamo Dome, Market Square and of course the Alamo are just a ten minute drive from the home. Since we are so close to these attractions, many guests just decide to take a quick Uber ride and save the downtown parking fees.
This home is also an excellent choice for families who are here for USAF graduations at Lackland AFB. Just minutes away!

NOTE: This is a new listing on VRBO, and we don't have many reviews yet. We have experience with luxury rentals here in San Antonio, and this is our latest and most incredible rental yet!
What makes a vacation/ gathering truly rememberable? Is it the places you visit? Is it the time you spend together? Is it the activities you experience? Or is it all of the above? These are the kind of questions we asked ourselves as we designed our 4th (and best) vacation luxury rental.
Over the last few years, we have learned the answers to these questions can vary from person to person and group to group. From party games and outdoor activities to legitimate movie experiences and arcade games, every single person in your group will find something to love in this home.
It starts with exceptional amenities like our Heated swimming pool, premium king beds in every bedroom, and our movie theater room. Our heated swimming pool (unlike other heated swimming pools) can be heated up to and maintain temperatures of 85 degrees, despite how cold it is outside. Our theater room features a substantial 150-inch screen with 4k HDR picture quality, and 7.4.4 immersive Dolby Atmos surround sound. We have an up-to-date movie library for our guests featuring newly released movies and classic films, as well as an Xbox One X with Ultimate Game Pass for the ultimate gaming experience. Want live sports? See your favorite teams on this Entertainment set up for a viewing experience that you will never forget.
We have Speakers EVERYWHERE on this property! Use Alexa or Airplay to set the mood with ceiling speakers throughout the living room, dining room, and even several speakers in our outdoor pool and grilling area!
Speaking of our outdoor pool and grilling space, we believe we successfully created the best group-friendly space in South Texas! We have been tricked by other vacation rentals that claim they have a "heated swimming pool," but then the pool only heats 10 degrees above the outdoor temperature. Who wants to swim in water that's only 55 degrees while it's 45 degrees outside? That's why we wanted our heated pool to be warm no matter the temperature outside! Our heated pool can be heated in just a few hours and easily maintain 85 degrees for hours of outdoor fun even when the weather is cold!
Our Stainless Steel BBQ Grill and outdoor kitchen is another feature we are very proud of! No propane or charcoal is needed! We hooked our grill up to natural gas for easy and fun grilling. Complete with plenty of counter space and a sink, making grilling one of the most fun activities you and your group can do in this outdoor space!
This house also features stand-out amenities you can't find at any other VRBO, no matter what city you're in. We added high-quality and super fun games, including a real set of skeeball tables, a fast and fun Air Hockey Table, and a full-sized foosball table. We have a stainless steel four-burner gas grill that requires no propane! Need to work (or use a gaming laptop)? Check out our wide-screen computer monitor set up, with premium office chairs and everything you need to make working while traveling easy and stress-free.
We also put some thought into our kitchen and dining space. With high-quality cutlery, pots, pans, spices, and plenty of counter space, cooking here is going to be a good time. Coffee is super essential for any gathering, which is why we have a coffee maker that can make you a tasty shot of espresso (Nespresso pods) or a large cup of coffee (k-cups). We also included a coffee grinder, electric kettle, and a French press for people who love coffee!
These are just a handful of the amenities and activities included when you rent this vacation rental. There are still plenty of surprises when you arrive. We honestly tried to think of everything. We focused on experience rather than cost, and we believe that's what makes us different than everybody else hosting in San Antonio and every other city. House Layout: There are 6 bedrooms total, all on the left side of the house and each with a king bed. 2 bedrooms have attached private bathrooms, while another half bathroom is located towards the back of the property. In addition to the king beds, there are two pull-out couches in the Movie theater space and 2 pull-out couches in the living room space. We have an additional 4 single beds that are roll-aways. These are stored in the closet and can be put into any space!
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire property. The property is private and you and your group will be the only ones allowed on site. Its easily to access downtown San Antonio from this location, with the South end of the Riverwalk just a 5 minute Uber drive away!
Other things to note
- The max amount of people allowed on the property is 16. This includes people that are just visiting and not staying the night. This also includes children. If more than 16 people are present on the property it could be considered a party we will ask everybody to leave without a refund. WE STRICTLY ENFORCE THE NO PARTY POLICY!
- The person that books the property will be responsible for any damages that occur during your stay, accidental or not. If you are looking for a "party home" this rental is not for you!
- This is a completely private 3500sq ft House with privacy fences all around our outdoor space. When you rent this house, you can expect complete privacy! NO spaces are shared with other groups or people!
- Child-friendly features are available upon request, including (but not limited to) High Chairs and a Pack n Play.
- This pool is only heated from October-April. The pool is not heated during the summer or mid-late Spring.
- Heating of the pool can only be controlled by us. Some communication is required to make sure pool is properly heated during the hours our guests want to us it.
- It is rare, but with large groups of people, there can occasionally be accidents that cause damage to the house. We do ask that our guests report damages and may ask for compensation for replacements or repairs.
- There is parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway. However, there is a lot of free street parking in front of the house!
The entire home is yours from check-in to check-out!

Located just ten minutes away from all of the fantastic tourist attractions downtown! Easy access on and off of the freeway. Its easy to access downtown San Antonio from this location, with the South end of the Riverwalk just a 5 minute Uber drive away!
Our driveway accommodates two full size cars / trucks. There is plenty of street parking available for extra vehicles. There is also a HEB grocery store one mile away. Many of our guests choose to take an Uber ride downtown since it is just five to ten minutes away!
