Summary: The first room I was put in had a overwhelming mouldy smell, to the extent that I actually found mould on the furniture - this is highly unacceptable. The bathroom was mouldy, the shower head was super clogged/calcified, and the general condition of the room was just not up to Southern Sun standards. Also the door to the room’s lock was missing/not working. Never again.
