BOOKING & CHECK IN PROCESS
Once your booking is confirmed and paid, I’ll update the reservation under your name and provide a Marriott confirmation number. You’ll use this number, along with your ID and a credit card for incidentals, to check in directly at the resort’s front desk—just like a traditional hotel stay.
A refundable security deposit for incidentals will be collected by the resort upon check-in.
HAWAII MANDATORY TRANSIENT TAX
Please note that the State of Hawaii requires a mandatory transient accommodation tax, payable directly to the resort during your stay. This fee is not included in your payment and is typically around $30 per night.
VILLA ASSIGNMENT
The exact location, floor, and view of your villa will be assigned at check-in. “Mountain View” villas may overlook the resort grounds or lagoon areas, and some may have partially obstructed or ground-level views.
