Positive: The place is convenient to go to Disney´s and Universal Parks. It is also near to main oulets for shopping. If you want just to relax there is a good pool, games room and fitness center.
Negative: First night we arrived to the property we couldn´t enter due to the key password didn´t work and the "emergency number" didn´t answer. I had to look for a hotel first night and re-arrange park entrances I had for next day. I got the full refund of the hotel I paid. Additional you need to have an autorization code for parking, made by internet, and they didn´t send in advance.
