Summary: First off Steven was amazing and understanding and compassionate.. our family and friends arrived earlier than expected and we were allowed to check in a bit earlier .. he was easy to talk to and communicated really well with us. At the end of our trip one of our friends had an issues and had to drive back to LA and go back to Havasu which he understood and allowed his family to stay behind and settled anyhow additional feed with our friends. We would definitely stay again if he would have us !! It was definitely a pleasure and a great stay
