THE SPACE:
This stylish apartment consists of a large hallway, bathroom, fully equipped chef’s kitchen with dining area, large living room, 2 bedrooms & a small terrace for summertime enjoyment.
It is a place where you will feel welcome and comfortable. Located in a beautiful garden district (Zahradni Mesto in Prague 10) with many family houses with no noise from the surrounding areas or neighbors. Great access to public transportation (trams, buses, even train) to connect to subway to take you to the city center. Skip the hotels and get an authentic experience but most of all, feel comfy and “at home” while you are in the beautiful city of Prague!
BATHROOM: A large sink, mirrored wall, bathtub with shower head, toilet, washing machine. Towels for all provided. All welcome AMENITIES included (soap, shampoo, conditioner).
KITCHEN: Fridge & freezer, dishwasher, stove, baking oven, microwave, water kettle. Plates, bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses, mugs and basic pantry items (salt, pepper, sugar, instant coffee, assorted tea bags) provided free of charge. Kitchen island with pots & pans. For coffee lovers, we have two options: Coffee drip maker with filters for ground coffee or Nespresso coffee maker (bring or buy your own capsules - fits Nespresso or more affordable L'Or).

LIVING ROOM: Beautifully designed living room to lounge in. Coffee table. Various books and/or cookbooks you can borrow in multiple languages (Czech, English, French, German). Board games (chess, checkers, playing cards) for your entertainment. View to the terrace and garden. Two sturdy sofas for sitting.
1st BEDROOM: 2 single beds. Nightstand, night lamps. Small storage cabinet, wardrobe. Access to small terrace (in the summertime). Bedsheets and towels provided.
2nd BEDROOM: 2 single beds. Reading nook with an antique table & 2 chairs. Small storage cabinet. Bedsheets and towels provided.
OTHER: Free Wi-Fi included. Free PARKING included (private & gated, on premises).

In line with new legislation in the Czech Republic and in order to be compliant, we will ask you to fill in and sign a form with your name, last name, purpose of your stay, passport number, residential address in your home country and dates of arrival and departure.
