Positive: We liked the house inside, it had AC and the beds were very comfortable in the dormitories. It was easy to get the keys and to check in and out. Possibility to cook and to use washing machine was important to us. The house had everything needed, even toiletries and toothbrush and toothpaste, sewing kit and home shoes. Looked professional.
Negative: The distance from the beach, we had to walk for about 10 minutes, was less encouraging. In the first days we also saw ants, so had to be careful and clean carefully in order to keep ants away. Some smaller pots (there was a big one) and a bigger coffee pot (to use on the stove) would be welcome. There were works on the road nearby, so it was dusty. Maybe next year there will be easier access to the sea. there is another house close by, so you don't feel that private. However, it was ok as the guests were not noisy. The price is the same as for a house right near a beach, I believe it should be lower.
