River Park / Carrara Waters is just next door to Broadbeach Waters - so you are close to everything that the Gold Coast has to offer.
This one level home has an enclosed quiet private garden with terraces and it enjoys amazing canal views ~ with ducks and black swans always around to feed, and there is great fishing off the new pontoon The house is set up as a five bedroom house with a separate guest wing that is still connected to the property. This has a lovely bedroom with ensuite, and the living area has a queen-size sofa bed with a set of bunks and trundle bed.
So a self-contained guest wing and a four bedroom house all interconnected- so it can be one big house but can be great for families wanting their own space.
We supply a total of 5 bedrooms and 9 beds comfortably sleeping 12 guests.
Note- For the health conscious and for people recuperating from an illness at home has its own osmosis drinking water plant for the purest water and all showers and even bath have chlorine filters for a better immune system and more healthy living . ( books in house on natural health )
Nice spacious layout with lounge, dining, professional dedicated media room with 75' Sony UHD TV and Foxtel and Wifi- plus a large 2nd lounge/rumpus room with a queen size sofa bed, another UHD TV and 2nd kitchenette and extra temp beds available here if more adults beds required.
Resort style entertaining outdoors with large Bali hut- covered dining- Breakfast bar, Gas BBQ with wok cooker - amazing water views at night with lots of twinkling lights around water.
It has a stand out large inground pool which is just the right temperature for swimming morning, day and night and has lots of room for all the family with all the pool toys like floating swan, dive toys, swim chair and all the noodles you need.
Separate quiet Master suite with walk in wardrobe and ensuite - overlooks garden-The Gourmet Miele kitchen - includes steam cooking-and island breakfast bar and there are 3 luxury granite bathrooms-
Sony Playstation 4 Pro and latest games including Rory McIlroy PGA Golf, Crash Bandicoot, Grand Theft Auto and Call of Duty and Fifa Soccer 17 and Batman Lego- for whole family's enjoyment - and the lounge has electronic fireplace feature. All rooms have air-conditioning with fans and good security and there is a double garage with lots of on street parking.
It is in a quiet canal in a riverfront area cul de sac yet is under 10 minutes from much of what is best for your holiday on the Gold Coast including adjacent Broadbeach. (see map) the Gold Coasts fantastic beaches – nearest Broadbeach - with its Revamped Star Casino complex.
Famous Carrara markets- No 1 in Australia- great day out- 5 min walk
Pacific Fair- World Class MEGA shopping centre, Event Cinemas and fabulous food court.
Walk to new Woolworths centre- includes Subway, 2 coffee shops, a sushi shop and hairdressers.
Walk to Aldi shopping centre with Chemist, Newsagent, Greengrocer, Butcher and 6 restaurants including Indian, Fish and chips. Vietnamese, Coffee shop and excellent Pie\Patisserie shop.
Five excellent affordable Golf courses- all within 10 minutes-also tennis- gyms- and yoga on beach.
6 mins to Emerald Lakes centre and walking park- with Greek, French, Indian Fusion and 3 styles of coffee shop including a great friendly Italian deli.
Train station to Brisbane is usually just 10 mins away and M1 link is only a 15 mins drive or it is just a good walk to Metricon stadium, and other commonwealth games events are also very local.

We have a 5 day minimum stay over Christmas and New Year.
