Summary: This is my second stay at this hotel. Even though the room had a nice big window this time, the condition was quite run down with cracks on the floor and dusts on the chaise. I was told they were thinking about renovation for this room. The reception staff were lovely, the young lady changed the fridge for me as the one in my room was not working. The size of the room is comfortable as I booked for a bigger size room. The location was great as it was 5mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake and had lots of eateries nearby.
