1 Bedroom House with Fireplace, Pool and TV
Watch the sunrise illuminate Rumbling Bald Mountain from the Great Room or west deck with your morning coffee. Great three bedroom, two bath private home located just four houses from the recreation center and beach and across the street from the twelfth tee of the Bald Mountain Golf Course. The first level of the home features a fully equipped kitchen and stackable washer and dryer. The great room with fireplace, dining area, and kitchen are arranged in an open floor plan and have an unobstructed view of Rumbling Bald Mountain. There is ample seating in the living room with two sofas, one of which is a queen sleeper, and a recliner. Books, magazines, movies, VCR's, and games are located on both floors. The great room features a stereo with CD player, plus a 40 inch flat screen TV that makes it easy to view your favorite shows on Cable TV or the DVD player.
The main level Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and one bathroom with shower. The second floor has a landing overlooking the great room and dining area. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, and a private deck with a year round view of Youngs Mountain and a winter view of Lake Lure and the beach. The third bedroom has a Day Bed with Trundle and a second Twin bed with a full bath shared between the bedrooms, plus a TV. Huge wraparound deck has a western view of Rumbling Bald Mountain sunsets and an eastern view of sunrises over Youngs Mountain. Well equipped deck furniture with love seat, chairs, loungers, and tables are available for use in sun or shade. Non-Smoking.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit. There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
