Enjoy your peaceful stay at this wagon located in a private hillside meadow on Casper Mountain in Casper, Wyoming with unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and wilderness. If escaping the rat race, getting in touch with nature, and breathing in fresh mountain air is what you need...then this location is exactly what you are looking for.
You will need to bring your own food as if you were camping. There is a BBQ grill provided for cooking and a case of bottled water for drinking. A cooler is also provided for food storage and ice can be supplied with prior arrangements.
This sheep wagon has a queen-sized bed, a few cooking pots and pans, plates and utensils, paper towels. Five gallons of water for washing hands and any other clean up. When "nature calls", a rustic outhouse (the bathroom) is on site.
Bring your hiking boots and enjoy the property or rest and relax with a good book. Watch and photograph the abundant wildlife...including mule deer, wild turkeys, birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and other wildlife that call the area home. Depending on your time of stay, the meadow is full of a wide variety of wildflowers...including purple lupine, and Indian paintbrush (Wyoming's State Flower).
Please note that access to this property requires a vehicle that can handle backcountry travel on rough dirt roads. Access is not suitable for low clearance vehicles.
