Hampton's by the Sea is an opulent, architecturally designed holiday home located right on the waterfront in Port Stephens and is less than a 10 minute drive to Nelson Bay’s town centre. This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, modern beach house can accommodate up to 12 guests (max 10 adults) for an unforgettable beach house holiday by the seaside.
Hampton's by the Sea is situated on a quiet, picturesque beach and enjoys expansive 180 degree views over the blue sparkling water of the harbour and the distant hinterland mountains beyond. Only a lovely strip of flat grassy reserve lay between the home and the inviting golden sands and calm water beach, making it the ideal setting for little ones to play and swim. Watch sunrises and sets over the bay from the comfort of your beach-front holiday home while you cook up holiday banquets on the BBQ or stroll along the foreshore.
The ground floor features an open plan dining room, stylish, plush lounge room and large, fully equipped kitchen with stone bench tops and bar stools. The floor-to-ceiling glass allows for the view to be fully appreciated and the sliding doors flow out onto an alfresco courtyard, complete with an outdoor lounge, dining table and BBQ. This level also has a full bathroom and a bedroom enjoying water views, a 75 inch TV, 2 single zip beds which can convert to a king bed if required, and a single bed with a trundle, enabling this bedroom to sleep up to 4 guests.
The top floor consists of a palatial master bedroom with magnificent water views, an ensuite and sliding doors to a spacious balcony. Additionally there’s a bathroom and a reading room with delightful harbour vistas, access to the balcony and a sofa bed. There’s also a bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with 2 single zip beds, which can be made into a king bed if requested.
Hampton's by the Sea has a double garage, laundry with washer and dryer, and ducted air-con throughout, as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Upon arrival you’ll find the beds all made and towels for your bathrooms.

Additional costs when booking:
Sofa bed $100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
