Summary: 1. Multiple outlets were not working in the room. 2. There was only one working elevator. The second elevator was out of order. On Saturday, the working elevator would not open to the ground floor. Passengers would need to exit on the 2nd floor, walk down the stairs, in order to get to the ground level. On Saturday and Sunday, there were lines to get an elevator ride. It was a busy weekend and only one working elevator! There were no signs or notifications from the hotel staff to inform the hotel guests of the elevator dilemma.
