Summary: The Hampton Inn in Cúcuta is good. The service provided by the staff is also good. The breakfast was very good. But, we had a very unpleasant problem in the bathroom. The shower door wouldn't close, that is, there was no lock on the door, and the first day my husband went to take a shower, the entire bathroom flooded. Since it was night, the next morning I asked the receptionist to fix the door. But unfortunately they didn't do anything. I had to ask the maid every day to give me extra bath mats to prevent everything from getting wet or flooded. I was very frustrated, because in my country, USA, I always stay at this hotel chain and have never had any problems. I hope that now, with this review, they can take action.
