Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great location for a weekend stay. Received check-in details in good time. Staff responded to requests, after checking in. Great WiFi and working TV. Not especially loud after 11pm.
Negative: The communications-bot used could do with an update, as sent requests for the same ID check 24 hours after submitting them, saying they would cancel. No response to the numbers given. Caused unwanted stress but got sorted with help from Booking.com Also, the shower was not working although I did not call for help. Basin & bath available though had to ask for towels.
