Positive: It has a great location . We were walking Offas Dyke - and it is only a few hundred meters of the trail - so ideal if you are in transit. Bedrooms were good size and clean.

Negative: Access to the top flat is through a hallway in the bottom flat. This hallway has bedrooms and a bathroom to the left and (we assume) kitchen etc to right. It was slightly off putting, as we walked through the hallway, one of the bottom floor guests was using the bathroom, and the door to the bedroom was fully open - so did feel as if we were imposing - as opposed to a completely independent access to the top flat. The bathroom is on the middle floor - and we were the first to use it this season - so there were a few plumbing issues which we have advised owner - but worth asking if hot water supply now fully functional
